By using the services of AirTkt Reservation Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and AirTkt Reservation Services (operated by AIRTKT SERVICES LLC) and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, our IATA-accredited travel agency partner.
AirTkt Reservation Services provides the following travel booking and reservation services:
All actual booking and travel services are provided by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, an IATA-accredited travel agency licensed to sell airline tickets.
When you request a flight booking from us, you agree to the following:
Pricing for flights includes the base airline fare plus applicable taxes and government-imposed fees. Additional charges may apply for services including baggage fees, seat selections, special meals, and other add-ons. We will always provide transparent pricing quotes before you confirm a booking. Prices are subject to change based on airline pricing and availability. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is locked in unless you request changes that result in higher fares. We do not charge service fees for bookings or reservations; you pay only the airline's quoted price plus any government-mandated fees.
Payment for your flight is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be authorized in your name from an account you own or have permission to use. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full booking amount including all taxes, fees, and charges. Payment processing typically completes within minutes. If payment is declined, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment. We are not responsible for declined payments or unauthorized chargesβyou must verify your payment method details are correct.
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to airline policy and the terms of your specific fare. You may request changes to flight dates, times, cabin class, or passenger information. Airlines charge change fees for modifications (typically $0-$250+ per segment depending on carrier and fare type). If your new flight costs more, you pay the fare difference. If it costs less, the difference may be credited as a travel credit toward future bookings. We facilitate changes with the airline and charge you any applicable fees. Some changes (particularly name corrections) may require rebooking rather than simple modifications.
Seat upgrades are available on many routes and cabin classes. Upgrade availability depends on inventory, route, fare class, and timing. Upgrades can be purchased as cash upgrades at the time of booking or before flight departure, or redeemed using frequent flyer miles/points if you have sufficient balance in your airline loyalty account. We confirm upgrade availability before processing. Cash upgrade fees vary by airline and route (typically $50-$2000+). Mileage upgrades are deducted from your frequent flyer account. Upgrades are not guaranteed and depend on final airline operations and inventory management.
You may cancel a confirmed booking at any time before flight departure. Cancellation rights and refunds depend on your ticket type and applicable airline policies. Under the U.S. Department of Transportation 24-hour rule, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund regardless of fare type. Refundable tickets are eligible for full monetary refunds. Non-refundable tickets are eligible for travel credits toward future flights with the same airline (typically valid for one year). Change fees may apply. We process cancellations immediately upon your request and provide confirmation details. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within the airline's processing timeline (typically 7-20 business days).
You are entirely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. You must ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended return date for international travel. We can provide guidance on document requirements but cannot guarantee accuracy for all destinations. You agree to verify entry requirements with the destination country's official sources. If you are denied boarding due to missing or invalid documents, you forfeit your ticket with no refund (unless the denial is due to airline error). Airlines are not responsible for providing boarding if you lack required documentation.
Airlines provide actual air transportation services and are responsible for flight operations, safety, and customer service during flights. Airlines are subject to their own conditions of carriage, which govern matters including baggage allowance, checked baggage fees, seating policies, flight delays, cancellations, and customer service. We are not responsible for airline operations, flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, safety issues, or customer service by the airline. When you book a flight, you agree to be bound by the airline's conditions of carriage. For questions about flight operations or airline policies, contact the airline directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirTkt Reservation Services and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited disclaim liability for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or business opportunity; loss of data or functionality; any damages arising from flight delays, cancellations, or airline operations; personal injury; lost baggage; missed connections; or any other damages related to your travel. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AirTkt Reservation Services, Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: your use of our services; your violation of these terms; your violation of any law or third-party rights; any inaccurate information you provided; or your flight arrangements and travel. This indemnification obligation applies to all claims regardless of their nature or basis.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
